PFNI hosted Minister Mike Nesbitt MLA (Health Minister) at Inis Ceithleann Retreat on 6th August 2025. The Minister was very impressed with our retreat facility and he learned about pulmonary fibrosis through an emotional address by Una (Trustee) and Clare (Charity Co-ordinator) who described their lived experience. Dr Chaudhuri also gave an insightful overview of Pulmonary Fibrosis in NI, and concerns about the efficient and effective supply of oxygen to PF patients across the country was highlighted.
